Visit the toilet before you come, because we don't have a toilet.
You need to pay for the number of people that you booked for.
For example : if you book for 5 people but you are only 3 when we pick you up, be ready to pay for 5.
Northern Lights tour : don't make a dinner reservation the same late afternoon or evening. Eat dinner early instead, like 4 pm. Worst case scenario, we have warm drinks and snacks for you on the tour. You need to be ready to go on the tour as soon as it's dark. We keep track of weather forecast and Aurora activity. Which means that if we tell you to be ready from 5 pm, you need to be able to come. It's just because we want you not to miss out on the show in the sky. Why do we say so? It's because we have a lot of experience of people prioritizing their dinner before a tour, which led them to miss out on the Northern Lights that happened in the sky during their dinner...
What is more important? Missing out on a dinner? Or on the Northern Lights?
5.30 pm 
9.30 pm Northern Lights tour : Dress very warmly or ask before the tour to rent a thermal overall and winter boots from us. Because if you cannot stay outdoors it's better not to book the tour. You are meant to watch the sky, not the inside of a car.
Northern Lights tour : We only do the tour if we can promise stars, that is very important to know. If it's too cloudy, we don't do the tour and you don't have to pay.
If you are sick, like a flu or stomach sickness. Respect our guides if it's a private tour, and the other guests if it's a mixed group, by not coming on the tour.
